ATM Installations

Adding further to our customer focus we have increased our services to include ATM installation and Storage. From our facility we can now, dress and commission your ATM machine and dispatch for site installation anywhere in Queensland and NSW. Our site crews are experienced in all aspects of the Servicing and functionality of Security and Brand customisation. As time progresses in the near future we will be increasing our range and scope to include all Australian States and Territories. This provides all our clients with a vastly improved service literally providing a full 1 stop shop for all their ATM unit requirements.

Barrier Screens

For over 20 years Sterling Products has specialised in security screens that feature unique designs. Providing an effective deterrent against armed assault and offfering peace of mind our anti-jump screens are strong, safe, durable and easy to install. Anti-jump screens are a cost effective solution to prevent offenders from jumping a counter.

Signage

With the advances in technology and technique modern signage possibilities are limitless. We have fully qualified and highly skilled craftsmen trained in all aspects of display and sign manufacture. Booths

The Sterling ATM booth offers customer privacy and sun-control. Booths may be bolted to external walls, erected on steel columns a shop fronts or in specific locations.

  • Sun-control panels filter light and reduces reflection on the display, enabling customers to clearly read the terminal.

Services

Design

When you are in the market to take your idea further, Sterling Products can design and specify the correct material and method to turn any idea into reality. From drawing to CAD design and the tooling required for manufacture, it can all be done at Sterling Products. We pride ourselves in the fact that we don’t shy away from a challenge - in fact we welcome them.

Moulding

Using vacuum forming technology, Sterling Products can produce virtually any moulded shape required, all with quality cast acrylic sheet stock.  Sterling can also form many other plastics. Modern plastic formulations such as High Impact Styrene, Polycarbonate and ABS plastics all form part of the mouding process which we employ in the manufacturing of products. Sterling offers a wealth of industry experience and knowledge in this forming technique.

Manufacture

Sterling Products offer a build-by-build project service, meaning special items can be built as required. With many years of first hand experience the skilled Sterling team can accommodate many projects.  

Bending /Fabrication

With a team of plastic fabrication specialists, together with the right equipment for the task, Sterling Products regularly undertake the manufacture of all manner of items using plastic fabrication techniques. Utilising the usual methods, including heating and forming, line bending, welding and general fabrication.

Graphics

Utilising modern sign and graphic manufacturing techniques and equipment, Sterling Products are equipped to offer a complete service - from the smaller job to the very largest project.  With digital print technology, vinyl graphics cutting and laminating equipment Sterling can produce out-of-house products among the best of its kind anywhere. Having the capability to complete the whole job allows Sterling to retain quality control right through to the final product.

Profile Cutting

Used as an aid to manufacture, Sterling's CNC equipment is suitable for cutting all types of plastics and non-ferros metals and timber. With a process area of 1.8 x 3.6 metres and an incredibly strong vacuum hold down system, Sterling can accurately process full sheets, often several at once. It is not out of the ordinary for us to profile cut, engrave and mill and 3D shape all in the same day, such is the versatility of our business.
